This site "claims" all the negative reviews are from competitors trying to sabatash their business. This is Bull#$%^. This company sells crap clothing. From the material to the stitching, to the refund policy this company is a scam. They try to manufacture beautiful clothing shown on other sites but in actuality, they produce horrible reproductions, most of which look nothing like what you will receive with little or no hope of getting your money back should you decide to return your purchase. If you do not believe any other review, please pay close attention to this post Save your money and stay away from this site.

I think it far more likely that the POSITIVE reviews are fakes, written by the company to suck you in! DON'T DO IT!

Do NOT purchase from this site or any other related to it. The products are clearly from a factory in China and EXTREMELY poorly made. Spent the money to return the items after being instructed to do so. ZERO response from these folks now, and they have my money. I will dispute the charges. AVOID THIS RETAILER LIKE THE PLAGUE!

These Chinese companies are all a scam.  When I made the mistake of ordering from them. As previously stated, trying to get a refund is like taking flight to Mars.  The contact person in customer care, after many negotiating contacts, finally told me that the people there in China need my money to feed and take care of their families.  Like we don't need our money to take care of our families here in the USA.  No one would mind supporting their business if it was legitimate, instead of supplying customers with quality merchandise.  I threatened them that they had 2-days to refund my money b4 I contact the BBB and take to social media to warns others NOT to take the plunge with false advertisement.  Folks, customer reviews REALLY ARE affective. In numbers, if we continue to inform of scam tactics these companies implement, hopefully the appropriate parties can close these website down for GOOD!  Numbers makes the difference!

Be more than a little concerned! Kiss your money goodbye if you order from Rotita! Each negative review you read is REAL! We have all experienced the terrible results from ordering from this company, if you can call it that! They take your money and either ship you trash or ship you nothing at all!

Yes they do! I usually would get a medium but would definitely need a large and the material is nothing like it looks in the pics.

Please don't buy ANYTHING from this company... just read the reviews! I couldn't get a refund even though the dress was torn, had a black mark (on a white dress) and was VERY VERY small (when I ordered a large just to be safe)... COMPLETE RIP OFF!

Ugh I thought the same thing. I couldn't afford a beautiful gown for my daughter and she seen this on on the site beautiful teal lacey with a train and it was not even sufficient enough to wear as a night gown. It was horrible color was ugly light mint green. I was told wish rose Rotita and a few others are all the same.

I ordered from them in November. I didn't receive my items til January & let me tell u the stuff was much cheaper versions of what I ordered. When I got pay pal involved is when they suddenly got in contact with me. I would never order another item from rotita. To top it off the only good reviews are from them. They get on this site & pretend 2 be customers who are so happy with them lol..

Well I wish I could answer this question because it now has been 7 months and i still have not received my package. The tracking number they gave me says it is being processed in Chicago, but it has said that since June! When I call the postal service they tell me that tracking number is not recognized by them and that it can not be tracked! I have tried and tried to get a hold of them with no luck! They also go by Lilygal too! And I am sure there is a few more names they go by! Do not buy from them! If you are lucky you will get something that looks nothing like the cute item on line!

Crap pure crap... I bought a bathing suit size 1x. I wear American xl. It was a American small. So I thought OK I'll buy bigger cause its so cheap and cheaply made but why not to see what happens is so so cheap right... wrong. I ordered a 3 x and a 5 x just to see I just had to see. Nope the 5 x fit lIke a large. So only skinny people can order from this site fat people beware do not order it will not fit you understand this country has skinny people they have no food like we do in America. Order if you wear size American small or medium and order 1x if you want it to fit you. I know they look nice but NO NO NO DO NOT BITE THE BAIT it's a trap back away slowly do not blink... run Forrest run
